One day, while taking his disciples on pilgrimage from Svananda Sukhada Kunj (Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura’s house) to Nrsimhapalli, Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura saw this tract of land and told his disciples to locate the owner as he wanted it.
